Partly cloudy skies, light rains expected over parts of PH
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday, Feb. 14 said partly cloudy to cloudy skies and light rains or rain showers may be expected over most parts of the country.

PAGASA, in its 4 p.m. bulletin, said the northeast monsoon, locally known as "amihan," may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon in the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean and the localized thunderstorms may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to the rest of the country, said PAGASA.
It warned the public of possible flash floods or landslides in the affected areas during severe thunderstorms.
