Present during the ceremony were Sen. Francis Tolentino, Cavite 2nd District Rep. Lani Mercado-Revilla, Agimat Partylist Rep. Bryan Revilla, Vice Mayor Rex Mangubat, and local officials.
Cavite 4th District Rep. Pidi Barzaga and Mayor Jenny Austria-Barzaga were not able to attend, but the local chief executive’s recorded audio message was played during the event.

During his speech streamed live through Facebook, Tolentino said it was his honor to witness the couples' wedding as their fellow Caviteño.
Mercado-Revilla, meanwhile, expressed her support to the grooms and brides and shared her own experiences as a wife.

“Ang aming panalangin bilang inyong godparents ay mapagtibay n'yo ang inyong samahan. Walang sukuan. Kami ni Senator Bong, we’ve been married for 37 years (Our prayer as your godparents is that you strengthen your bond. No giving up. Senator Bong and I, we’ve been married for 37 years),” the congresswoman said.
“Nakita n'yo naman po 'yung aming buhay pag-ibig ni Senator Bong through ups and downs, through highs and lows, nasa kulungan man o nasa labas (As you have seen our relationship, through ups and downs, through highs and lows, whether in jail or outside).”
It has been a yearly tradition in Dasmariñas to hold a mass wedding every Valentine’s Day.
