CAMP RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – The Police Regional Office-13 turned over brand-new patrol vehicles to three municipal police stations in the Caraga region on Monday, February 13.

Police Regional Office-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft led the blessing and turnover in the presence of Philippine National Police (PNP)-Special Action Force (SAF) Director Police Brig. Gen. Bernard M. Banac, guest of honor and speaker, and the PRO-13 command group and regional staff.
The regional pastoral officer, Police Major Lorenzo R. Ruga, blessed the new patrol vehicles.
The three 4x2 single-cab Toyota Hi-lux acquired through the Capability Enhancement Program of the PNP were given to the municipal police stations of Lapaz (Agusan del Sur), Dinagat (Dinagat Islands), and San Francisco (Surigao del Norte).
Kraft thanked the PNP leadership for these patrol cars.
He said these vehicles will improve police response. “May these logistical assets enhance our ability to carry out law enforcement functions and other public service and be instrumental in ensuring that our police officers are S.A.F.E. or Seen, Approachable, Felt, and Efficient,” said Kraft.
