Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan called on the city police and traffic personnel to maximize the utilization of the new vehicles and equipment for the safety of the general public, especially at night.

“Ang mga bagong sasakyan at kagamitan po na ito ay dulot ng paghahangad ng pamahalaang lungsod na magkaroon ng kapanatagan ang mga mamamayan na ligtas sila sa ating lungsod lalo na sa gabi, kaya po tinatawagan ko po ang ating kapulisan at iba pang operatiba na maging maayos ang paggamit sa mga ito (These new vehicles and equipment are here borne out of our desire to give the citizens peace of mind, for them to feel that they are safe in our city, especially at night, so I am calling on our police and other operatives to make good use of them),” Mayor Along said

“Malaking tulong po ang pagkakaroon ng body cams dahil batid po natin na kailangan ng proteksyon ng ating mga traffic enforcers sa kanilang araw-araw na trabaho, bukod pa sa layunin na tuluyang wakasan ang mga tiwaling transaksyon kung saan napapawalang-sala ang mga lumalabag sa batas trapiko (Body cams are a big help because we know that our traffic enforcers need protection in their daily work, in addition to the goal of ending corrupt transactions and law violators evading punishment)," Malapitan added.
