OFW wanted in Cavite arrested in Pasay City

An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) wanted for acts of lasciviousness in Cavite was arrested by operatives of Pasay City Police and Gen. Mariano Alvarez Municipal Police on Monday, Feb. 12.

Pasay City police chief Col. Mario Mayames said the suspect identified as alias Garry,44, a resident of Barangay Langam, San Pedro, Laguna, was nabbed at around 12:30 a.m. at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 in Pasay City.

Mayames said members of Gen. Mariano Alvarez Municipal Police coordinated with Pasay Police Substation 9 in Villamor Airbase for the arrest of Garry who was tagged as a wanted person in Cavite.

The suspect was apprehended by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francisco Victor L. Collado Jr. of Dasmarinas City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Brancg 90 on Sep. 6, 2023 for acts of lasciviousness with a recommended bail of P200,000.
