Meralco announces power interruption in Ermita, Sampaloc, Tondo

Meralco announced a scheduled power interruption in Ermita, Sampaloc, and Tondo in Manila on Tuesday, Feb. 13, and Wednesday, Feb. 14.

Portions of San Jose Street in Sampaloc will lose power from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

In Ermita, the electricity at General Luna Street will temporarily be shut from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Meanwhile, residents of Juan Luna Street in Tondo were also advised of the power outage starting 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

According to Meralco, the power interruption is due to the maintenance works of the electricity posts and cables.
