These celebrities didn't hesitate to shower their significant others with expensive or unique gifts during the most romantic time of the year.

Heart Evangelista, who was born on Valentine's Day, received a unique birthday gift from her husband, Chiz Escudero. Her husband gave her a Ferdie Cacnio sculpture of her face cast, which was used in her 2007 series "Hiram na Mukha." The gift left Heart Evangelista in awe.

Heart's Instagram post mentioned Chiz's impressive ability to locate the original cast of her face.

Jinkee Pacquiao and Manny Pacquiao

Jinkee Pacquiao wanted to make Valentine's Day 2010 special for her husband, Manny Pacquiao. In a TV interview, the vice governor of Sarangani revealed that she gave Manny a diamond-studded necklace with a pendant shaped like the letter M.
