Cavite's most wanted nabbed for sexual assault in Naic

CAVITE – A man accused of sexual assault and tagged as one of the province’s most wanted persons was arrested in Naic.

A statement from Cavite Police Provincial office on Monday, Feb. 12, identified the suspect as alias Fernando.

The accused was collared by virtue of an arrest warrant for sexual assault in relation to the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act issued by Regional Trial Court, Branch 15 in Naic.

The court recommended a bail of P200,000.

Alias Fernando is now under the custody of Naic Municipal Police Station.
