Taylor Swift may have skipped the Philippines as one of the stops for her “The Eras Tour,” but Pinoy Swifties still managed to find a way to see her perform live. Many of them flew to Japan over the weekend just to feel her presence, and one of them was Andrea Brillantes. While many are channeling the energy of the pop star’s songs for their concert ‘fits—think of cardigans, bejeweled pieces, and dreamy pastels—the Filipino actress’ pick is quite unconventional.

Andrea graced the concert wearing a French fries costume. If you are a true Swiftie, you would know that this was the look that marked the end of the feud between Taylor and singer Katy Perry.  In 2019, they joined forces for Taylor’s “You Need To Calm Down” music video, where Katy dressed as a burger to match Taylor’s French fries look.

To recreate it, Andrea worked with Filipino fashion designer Neric Beltran and stylist Eldz Mejia. She completed the look with a killer pair of black knee-high boots and, of course, a burger piece in the form of a bag.

This is not the first time Andrea explored her quirkiness through fashion. Last year, she rocked a pair of "Big Red Boots" designed by American art collective MSCHF, which looked similar to the ones anime character Astro Boy wore.
