Pedestrians laud 'breakfast drive-thru' project by MPD Sampaloc police station

Pedestrians and motorists lauded the "Agahan Mo Sagot Ko, Drive-thru sa Kuwatro" project initiated by the elements of Manila Police District- Sampaloc Station (PS-4).
The project offers a hot and nutritious breakfast to passersby, public utility vehicle drivers and passengers, and even applicants for police clearance.
Police said the breakfast drive-thru is being conducted twice a week in conjunction with its free blood pressure check-up activity.
"Bukod sa pagiging operatiba ng PS-4, itinataguyod natin nang buong puso ang pakikipag-ugnayan sa ating mga kababayan. Ginawang best practice ang regular na pagluluto ng agahan dalawang beses kada linggo para maipamahagi ito sa ating mga constituents (In addition to the operations of the PS-4, we wholeheartedly promote interaction with our fellow citizens. It has been made a best practice to regularly cook breakfast twice a week so that it can be distributed to our constituents)," PS-4 Station Commander Lt. Col Brillante Billaoac said.
They said the BP check-ups are also brought to tricycle terminals to prevent a possible heat stroke since the summer is approaching.
All walk-in complainants and some visitors also undergo the same check-up procedure.
"Pati mga kumukuha ng police clearance tuwang-tuwa sa pa sopas mo Sir. Thank you so much (Even those who get police clearance are very happy with your free soup sir. Thank you so much)" a motorcycle rider said.
