Gemao, 16, will try to impress and display his skills to watchful eyes of numerous international coaches in the camp that is composed of highschool elites from all over the world.

The three-day camp, which is now on its eighth edition, will cater 40 participants from Africa, Europe, the Americas and Asia, with all plunging into training including athletic testing, movement efficiency, skills development stations, shooting and skills competitions, life skill seminars and classic 5-on-5 games.

Former Chicago Bulls big man Joakim Noah and Seattle Supersonics forward Detlef Schrempf are also present in the event.

On the last day of the training camp, there will be awards to be given out, such as the Kim Bohuny Camp MVP, the three-point champion, the Defensive MVP, the Patrick Baumann Sportsmanship Award, and the Playoff MVP. Gemao and other selected players will also attend the 2024 NBA All-Star weekend.

The 6-foot-1 cager already joined the camp alongside Sacred Heart School's Jelomar Rota in the Abu Dhabi edition last June 2023.

Gilas Pilipinas members Kai Sotto and AJ Edu took part of the camp as well.
