Two men wanted for violations of the country's revenue code and wildlife law were arrested in separate operations in Pasay City on Feb. 7.
Pasay City police chief Col. Mario Mayames identified the suspects as alias Peter, 57, of Matungao, Bulacan, who was charged for violation of the National Internal Revenue Code, and alias PJ, 38, who was charged for violation of the Wildlife Act.
Mayames said Peter was collared at around 4:00 p.m. on FB Harrison St. in Barangay 77, while PJ was arrested at around 5:00 p.m. in the same area.

Mayames said Peter was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Mary Rachel Santiago Nolasco-Silang of Caloocan Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) Branch 50 on August 2, 2023 with a recommended bail of P12,000.

He said alias PJ was nabbed upon the order of Judge Albert Cansino of Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch108 with no bail recommended.
The city police chief said the suspects were detained at the police custodial facility after their arrest.
