CEBU CITY – A leading real estate company has put up a facility that will protect Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from scammers.
Filipino Homes founder Anthony Gerard Leuterio said Global Partners is a pioneering facility that provides Filipinos working or living abroad an access to right information pertaining to property investments in the Philippines and other assistance under the Filipino Homes Group of Companies.

Leuterio said the opening of Global Partners facility is now being piloted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
“This facility – Global Partners – will support Filipino Homes' plans to expand in many countries where there are Filipinos, and provide them physical access to sound advice and consultation pertaining to real estate investments and issues like scammers, and others,” said Leuterio.
Serving as “eyes and ears” to spot illegal real estate-related dealings abroad, Global Partners will also work with reputable developer partners in the Philippines, ensuring legitimacy of projects being sold and promoted overseas, said Leuterio.
After Dubai, Leuterio said Filipino Homes aims to open at least four Global Partners facilities this year in different countries like Japan, Canada, and the United States.
“The goal is to really reach out OFWs in each country and to help them from being victimized by scammers. We want to be visible in countries that have a good number of Filipinos,” Leuterio added.
