The Parañaque City's Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) will be closed on Feb. 9 and 10 in celebration of the Chinese New Year and on Feb. 13, the city's 26th cityhood anniversary.
BPLO chief Atty. Melanie Soriano–Malaya said that aside from the BPLO, the City Treasurer's Office, and Service Center at the Ayala Malls by the Bay will also be closed on the said dates.
Malaya said all online appointments scheduled on the said dates will be rescheduled on Feb. 11 and 14.
She advised business owners with business identification numbers 5 and 6 that their deadline for payment of the statement of account without penalty and surcharges will be on Feb. 11.
The BPLO chief said their office and the City Treasurer's Office under Dr. Anthony Pulmano will be open to serve business tax payers on Sunday, Feb 11, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a cut off time at 4:30 p.m.
Malaya said for business owners securing mayor's permit, they can settle their account ahead of the deadline via online payment at https://app.bploparanaque.com/epay/.
For immediate concern, business owners were advised to send an email to [email protected] or chat with the BPLO through messenger BPLO-Parañaque.
