Manila gov't announces road closures for 7-Eleven Run 2024
The city government of Manila announced on Thursday, Feb. 1, that some roads in the city will be closed for the upcoming 7-Eleven Run series on Feb. 3 and 4.

The public was advised that the following roads will be closed from 10 p.m. on Saturday to 8 a.m. on Sunday:
- Bonifacio Drive (from Anda Circle to Katigbak Drive)
- Katigbak Drive and South Drive
- Roxas Boulevard (from Katigbak Drive to Pres. Quirino Avenue)
- Maria Orosa Street (from the gate of General Luna to Kalaw Avenue)
- Finance Road (from Padre Burgos Avenue to Taft Avenue)
- East and West bound lane of Padre Burgos (from Taft Avenue to Roxas Boulevard)
- Muralla Street (from Sta. Lucia Street to General Luna Street)
- Binondo-Intramuros bridge (from Muelle Dela Industria to A. Soriano Avenue)
- General Luna Street (from Muralla Street to Real Street)
- Real Street (from Sta. Lucia to Solana Street)
- Victoria Street (from Gen. Luna Street to Solana Street)
- Solana Street (from Victoria Street to A. Soriano Avenue)
It also advised the motorists to take the following alternative routes:
All vehicles coming from Delpan Bridge shall make a turn around at Anda Circle to the northbound lane of Mel Lopez Boulevard to Capulong or C-3 to the point of destination.
All vehicles coming from Pasay utilizing the northbound lanes of Roxas Boulevard shall turn right to President Quirino Avenue to the point of destination.
All vehicles coming from Maria Orosa Street intending to utilize P. Burgos Avenue shall turn right or left to Kalaw Avenue to the point of destination.
All vehicles coming from A. Mabini Street shall turn right or left to Kalaw Avenue to the point of destination.
All vehicles coming from Ayala Boulevard intending to utilize Finance Road shall turn left or right to Taft Avenue to the point of destination.
All vehicles (southbound) coming from the three bridges (Jones, McArthur, and Quezon Bridge) intending to utilize P. Burgos Avenue shall go straight to Lagusnilad to Taft Avenue to the point of destination.
All vehicles intending to utilize the Binondo-Intramuros bridge shall go straight to Muelle de Industria to the point of destination.
All vehicles (westbound) on Kalaw Ave. shall turn left to M.H. Del Pilar Street to the point of destination.
The 7-Eleven activity is an annual run series that caters to beginners and professional runners. Around 40,000 are expected to join this year's activity.
The Run Series was temporarily stopped in 2020 due to the pandemic and returned in 2023, which took place in Filinvest in Alabang, Muntinlupa, SM Seaside Cebu, and SM City Davao, where around 37,000 participated.
