Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), the nation’s leading provider of trucks, announced it has maintained last year the number one position in the truck segment for 24 consecutive years, cornering 43 percent market share.
IPC President Tetsuya Fujita reported that in 2023, IPC secured a ”Triple Crown” finish topping all truck categories from CAT III, IV and V.
Based on data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. and the Truck Manufacturers Association Inc., IPC sold a total of 4,838 units or 43 percent of truck market share, based on the combined report from the

Specifically, IPC led the market with 3,034 units of Category III light-duty trucks, 1,407 units of Category IV medium-duty trucks, and 397 units of Category V heavy-duty trucks. This achievement not only cements IPC’s dominance in the truck segment but also showcases its comprehensive range of business solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of Filipino entrepreneurs and business owners nationwide.
