The integration of green spaces in urban planning is crucial for blending nature with urban living. Cities worldwide are incorporating parks, rooftop gardens, and community green areas to provide residents relief from the concrete jungle. These spaces not only enhance the urban environment but also contribute to improved air quality, reduced noise pollution, and increased biodiversity.

In collaboration with the General Trias, Cavite local government, Federal Land introduces two additions to Riverpark: a new entry sign facing the Open Canal Interchange, and Riverpark Trails, its inaugural community attraction.

Mirasol, Federal Land president and chief operating officer;  Hon. Vice Mayor Jonas Glyn P. Labuguen of General Trias; and Councilor Martin Ferrer.

“The new entry signage serves as a gateway to a community that prioritizes a life immersed in the beauty of nature. Beyond its role as a visual landmark, the entry signage is a testament to the progress made towards the transformative journey that will redefine the region's economic trajectory. As the Riverpark landscape takes shape, it becomes a powerful force propelling Cavite into a future of vibrancy and prosperity,” according to a company statement.

The 1.8 km bike trail is conveniently located 40 minutes from Metro Manila via SLEX, MCX, or CAVITEX, providing guests and residents with a nature-filled space to explore. The trail is part of a broader network of open spaces within Riverpark.

Riverpark, a master-planned new city with approximately 600 hectares of land, plans to dedicate 70 hectares to parks and greenways. A central park functions as a green pathway linking the north and south parts of the development, offering residents ample space for relaxation. The park includes various walking and running trails, Japanese gardens, and a bamboo forest resembling the well-known Arashiyama Bamboo Grove in Kyoto, Japan.

Besides these community additions, Federal Land introduces Yume at Riverpark, a Japanese-inspired living style developed by Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG). Serving as FNG's inaugural project in Cavite, this development offers 296 lots, showcasing a blend of Filipino ingenuity with Japanese proficiency.
