Drug suspect yields P90K shabu, gun, in Silang, Cavite buy-bust

CAVITE â€“ Silang Municipal Police Station (MPS) operatives arrested a drug suspect and seized suspected shabu worth P90,440 in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday, Jan. 31.

In a report on Thursday, Feb. 1, Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the suspect as alias Bak-bak.

The suspect was collared while selling illegal drugs to a police poseur buyer.

Confiscated during the sting operation were 13.30 grams of shabu, a caliber 5.56 revolver, and three pieces of live ammunition.

Alias Bak-bak is now under the custody of Silang MPS and is facing drug charges.

The confiscated pieces of evidence, meanwhile, will be brought to the Provincial Forensic Unit in Imus City.
