A tree-mendous start to the holidays in Filinvest City
Celebrating the season with festive cheer and a new landmark

The holidays in the South have never been brighter, as Filinvest City marked the start of its Christmas festivities with the grand unveiling of The Tree, its newest architectural gem and event stage, during a magical tree lighting ceremony at Central Park on November 28, 2024. This evening of lights, music, and celebration also introduced a space designed to bring people together.
Guests were treated to a warm welcome from notable personalities, including Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon, Filinvest Development Corporation Vice President Michael Gotianun, and other Filinvest leaders. Tracey San Pablo, project development manager of Filinvest City, described the event as a milestone, saying, “This was a celebration like no other, as it also served as the inaugural event of The Tree. Central Park, as part of this award-winning park system, serves as a vibrant gathering place—a true reflection of our commitment to building exceptional spaces where meaningful moments are shared and cherished by all.”

Rising gracefully in Central Park, The Tree is more than an events stage—it's a statement of modern design and sustainability. Inspired by the natural elegance of tree branches, its curved structure and dynamic lighting create an inviting space for performances, celebrations, and connections.
As the evening unfolded, the lighting of a magnificent 42-foot Christmas tree, adorned with life-sized ornaments and majestic reindeer, drew awe from the crowd. Fireworks painted the night sky, while Richard Poon’s soulful renditions of Christmas classics filled the air with warmth and nostalgia.
This year’s theme, “Cherish Every Moment of Christmas,” comes alive through an exciting lineup of activities. Friday nights feature performances by beloved OPM artists like Over October, BLASTER, and Munimuni, each capped with a dazzling fireworks show. Local acts take the stage on Saturdays, from November 30 to December 21, while Sundays, from December 1 to December 22, bring festive joy with meet-and-greets with Santa Claus.
Visitors can stroll through a breathtaking tunnel of lights, enjoy culinary delights at Eats by the Park, and soak in the magic of the season. Central Park’s festive displays are open nightly until January 6, 2025, offering countless photo opportunities and moments to remember.
This Christmas, Filinvest City invites you to celebrate in Alabang, where vibrant spaces, community spirit, and cherished memories await.
