Tattoo artist dead in Bulacan road accident


A 29-year-old tattoo artist died in a vehicular accident in Barangay Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, on Sunday, Dec. 8.

Sta. Maria police identified the victim as Manolito Pamor Capingol Jr., a tattoo artist residing in Barangay Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

According to Bulacan Police Provincial Director Col. Satur Ediong, Capingol was heading home with his cousin, James Robin Pamor Mauricio, 25, who was also his technical support staff. 4

The two were riding  separate motorcycles.

Mauricio said that as they approached the Bypass Road, Capingol lost control of his motorcycle and collided with the wall of a factory.

Responders from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) rushed Capingol to Rogaciano Mercado Memorial Hospital in Sta. Maria for treatment.

Despite immediate medical care, Capingol, who had been in a comatose state, was pronounced dead by the attending physician at around 7 a.m.

The motorcycle involved in the accident is now under the custody of Barangay Guyong Hall.
