Filinvest Land raises P12 billion, unveils new projects in Iloilo, Dumaguete

Filinvest Land Inc., one of the property development arms of the Gotianun Group, is raising up to P12 billion from the offer and issuance of Philippine peso-denominated fixed-rate bonds.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the firm said its executive committee has approved the proposed issuance of the fixed-rate bonds with a maturity period of up to 10 years.

This latest bond issuance will be the second tranche of FLI’s P35 billion shelf-registered Philippine peso-denominated fixed-rate bonds approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

“The Executive Committee of the Company has further authorized the Management to evaluate all aspects relating to the proposed offering of the Bonds, including the determination of the timing thereof,” said FLI.

FLI is ramping up its expansion in the Visayas with the launch of new residential projects within its townships in Iloilo and Dumaguete.

The firm disclosed to the PSE that it is launching the P1.8 billion Futura Rise Iloilo, which is the residential component of Iloilo Centrale, an 11.4-hectare township that has just broken ground in Leganes, Iloilo.

FLI said this project underscores its commitment to contributing to the economic progress of Iloilo and also reflects the company’s expansion in the Visayas, complementing ongoing developments in Cebu and Dumaguete, and reinforcing its dedication to regional growth.

“Iloilo Centrale’s town center brings everything closer, providing easy access to everyday essentials. Its parks are designed to inspire an active lifestyle with every component encouraging movement, play, and wellness,” said FLI First Vice President and Residential Township Business Head Gerard Marcelo.

Strategically located along the Iloilo R-4 Road, just 2.5 kilometers from Jaro district, Iloilo Centrale’s master plan is anchored on a 1.4-hectare town center block that brings together commercial spaces, retail pods, child-centric spaces, and active zones bannered by a nine-a-side football field that will be home to a football academy and host to football camps.

Meanwhile, FLI is accelerating its expansion in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, with the launch of the P1.3 billion first building of Futura Shores, a new residential community that brings the charm of beachside living to the city.

The project is being built in Marina Town, Filinvest’s flagship project in the city, a dynamic, mixed-use development that has already become a centerpiece of Dumaguete’s urban growth.

Spanning a total of 2.8 hectares by Dumaguete Bay, this coastal enclave consists of six mid-rise buildings designed with roof gardens and balconies.

About 60 percent of the property is dedicated to lush open spaces and Phuket-inspired amenities, creating the perfect environment for relaxation, connection, and sharing cherished moments with loved ones.

Futura Shores recently unveiled its seven-story Building A that features basement parking and a convenient commercial strip on the ground floor, ideal for doorstep services such as a convenience store, daycare, or water station.
