This philosophy of “malasakit”—a deeply Filipino value that reflects care and compassion—has guided Dolmar Land’s growth. Unlike many developers who focus on aesthetics or profit margins, its approach begins and ends with understanding the Filipino buyer.

As of 2022, Dolmar Land has developed over 5,350 residential units, providing homes for an estimated 21,400 residents. Its diverse portfolio spans residential communities like Bella Vista, Northgrove Hills, Legacia, Golden Hills Panorama Bulacan, Golden Heights Cartagena, Barcelona, and Andalucia, as well as commercial properties in strategic locations such as Mandaluyong, Manila, and Makati.
