Actor Anthony Jennings apologizes to Maris Racal, Jam Villanueva after cheating scandal

Actor Anthony Jennings has apologized to her former girlfriend, Jamela Villanueva, and Maris Racal.

Anthony issued a public apology in a video uploaded on the social media channels of ABS-CBN on Dec. 6.

"Sa lahat po ng nangyari noong mga nakaraang araw, sa lahat ng mga taong nasaktan ko especially si Maris (Racal) at si Jam (Villanueva), humingi ako ng tawad sa dalawang babae, at sa lahat ng nadamay ko. Sorry po," Anthony said.

Anthony's public apology came just hours after Maris asked for forgiveness for what she had done.

Maris said: "To the public, I am sorry that you get to see that intimate side of me. Ganun talaga ako pag nagbigay ng pagmamahal. It was supposed to be a private, intimate thing.

"I am sad na nakita yun ng tao. I don't want to play the victim here. Nagkamali rin talaga ako. I want to say sorry to those I have hurt.

"I reached out to Jam. I didn't get a reply. I think that was in November. I wanted to know what's up.

"I am sorry for those who supported me for 10 years. Alam nilang lahat na ginapang ko ang career ko mapunta lang kung saan ko gusto. Pinaghirapan ko lahat.

"I don't know kung saan ako pupunta. Yung dignidad ko hindi ko na mahanap. Whenever I go out, I feel like a naked woman. Hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko. I am so embarrassed. I am sorry you get to see that," Maris added.

On Dec. 3, Maris trended on social media after Jamela exposed Anthony's alleged infidelity involving the "Incognito" actress, which eventually led to their breakup.
