3 men arrested for P1.36-M shabu in Muntinlupa

Three high value individuals were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted in Muntinlupa on Dec. 4.

Operatives from the Southern Police District Drug Enforcement Unit in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Southern District Office, other SPD units and the Muntinlupa Police Substation 6 conducted the operation in Barangay Poblacion, Muntinlupa at about 7:45 p.m.

During the operation, the police arrested three suspects identified as alias Muks, 30; alias Vernon, 44; and alias Raymundo, 42.

Authorities seized 200 grams of shabu estimated to be worth P1.36 million, buy-bust money, cell phone, and a motorcycle.

The seized drugs will be turned over to the SPD Forensic Unit for chemical analysis.

The suspects are under the custody of the Muntinlupa Police and will face a complaint for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
