2 high-value targets arrested in Pasay City

Two drug suspects tagged by the police as high value individuals (HVI) were arrested in buy-bust operations by members of the Pasay City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Tuesday, Dec. 3.

The Southern Police District (SPD) said the suspects, identified as alias “Den,” 24, and alias “Tantan,” 23, were arrested at around 12:55 p.m. in Barangay 178, Zone 19 Pasay City.

Pasay City Police chief Col. Samuel Pabonita said the combined operatives were able to confiscate from the arrested suspects about 54.8 grams of shabu worth P362,640.

Pabonita said the P500 buy-bust money was also recovered from the suspects.

He said the arrested suspects were detained at the Pasay City Police SDEU custodial facility and were charged for violation of Sections 5 and 11 Art II of RA 9165.
