A 50-year-old man, who had been sought for two years in connection with lascivious conduct, was apprehended by the Parañaque City Police Baclaran Substation on Friday, December 27, in Biñan, Laguna.
According to the Southern Police District, the individual, known by the alias "Bernardo," was listed as the seventh most wanted person at the station level.
He was taken into custody at approximately 3:20 p.m. in Barangay Sto. Tomas, Biñan, Laguna.
The SPD reported that Bernardo's arrest was executed under a warrant issued by Judge Moises Domingo De Castro of the Parañaque City Family Court, Branch 10, on June 24, 2022, with a recommended bail amount of P180,000.
Following his arrest, the suspect was held at the Parañaque City Police custodial facility while awaiting the return of the warrant to the originating court.
