13 newly promoted PRO-13 officers sworn in

CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – The Police Regional Office-13 welcomed 13 newly promoted police lieutenant colonels who took their oaths and donned their new ranks at the police regional headquarters multi-purpose center here on Friday, Dec. 27.

They are Police Lt. Col. Michael B. Bongtayon, Vincent M. Virtudazo, April Chamberlane M. Bulatao, Edgar R. Hinoctan, Carlo C. Loñosa, Diana M. Bacala, Col. Riza C. Torotoro, Johncel B. Barrameda, Elmer D. Ligalig, Agustin M. Navarro, Jervie M. Alfonso, Alex L. Luna, and Limen A. Magdadaro.

PRO-13 officer-in-charge Police Col. Michael F. Lebanan administered the oath-taking.

Lebanan commended the newly promoted police officers.

He urged them to lead with integrity and wisdom.

“I encourage you to reflect on the confidence placed in you,” he said.

“Whenever your principles are tested, remain mindful of the ideals and values we stand for,” Lebanan said. “May this promotion serve as a reminder for all of us to become better stewards of peace and public safety.”
