Filipino-Israeli-British singer Shira Tweg has just released her latest single titled "Laro," which is now available under the record label Star Music.

This exciting new track showcases her unique musical style and talent, further establishing her presence in the music industry.

Shira, 17, continues to captivate listeners with her artistry and is poised to make an even bigger impact with this latest release.

The song "Laro," composed by Joven Tan, explores the theme of rekindling love and the idea of giving relationships a second chance.

Through its heartfelt lyrics and emotive melody, the song captures the yearning and hope that come with healing past wounds and embracing the possibility of love once more.

Joven's composition invites listeners to reflect on their own experiences with love and the courage it takes to re-open one's heart.

In June 2023, Shira made her mark on the music scene with her captivating debut single titled “Pag-ibig.” The song beautifully encapsulates the intense emotions that arise when one struggles to contain their feelings for someone special.

Shira expresses the confusion and longing that accompany unexpressed love through heartfelt lyrics and a melodic arrangement. The track resonates with anyone who has ever experienced the bittersweet struggle of yearning for someone while grappling with the fear of vulnerability.

With “Pag-ibig,” Shira showcases her musical talent and invites listeners to reflect on their own experiences with love and desire.

As a young musician, Shira considers music her first love, and she was honed by performing in front of guests during family events. Aside from music, she is also into dancing and acting.

This developed as Shira and Kai Flores were recently named Best New Actors at the Philippine Movie Press Club's 39th Star Awards for Music for the movie "Sugat sa Dugo," produced by beauty guru Bambbi Fuentes.

On her latest achievement, Shira said: “Nerbiyos po. Pero masayang-masaya dahil nandun yung parents ko and my tita na on vacation. Kaya masaya na tumama sa day ng awards night. This has been my dream talaga. Kaya am so thankful. Na nabibigay ni God ang blessings sa amin. Alam mo po ang struggles namin ni Mama (Tine) para lang maabot ko ang dream ko. Kahit may business sila ni Papa na kailangan harapin at asikasuhin, they made it a point na suportahan ako sa pinasok ko."

(I was nervous but also delighted because my parents and aunt were there. I’m really happy that the night of the awards has arrived; this has been my dream. I am so thankful for this moment. Thank God for all the blessings. My mom, Tine, and I have worked hard to achieve this dream together. My parents have been supportive despite their busy schedule with the family business.)
