The festivities will begin at 4 p.m. and are expected to draw a large number of attendees.

To accommodate attendees, the city government announced that the East Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue entrances will be open.

Elliptical Road and QC Hall Gate 1 and 2 will also serve as pedestrian access points once the underground walkway reaches full capacity.

Designated parking areas include:

  • Quezon City Hall
  • Quezon Memorial Circle
  • Mayaman Street
  • Matalino Street
  • Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago Avenue
  • North Avenue/QMR

In case all parking slots are occupied, diagonal parking along Elliptical Road will also be made available.

The Traffic and Transport Management Department (TTMD) and the Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) will coordinate efforts to ensure smooth traffic flow in the area.

Motorists are advised to plan their trips in advance and use alternative routes to avoid delays.
