Big Bang's Taeyang to hold concert in Manila

K-pop group Big Bang’s Taeyang will be returning to Manila for his second solo concert in more than seven years.

Taeyang announced that he will hold his “2025 Tour: The Light Year” in Manila on Feb. 22 (Saturday) next year at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

The physical ticket sale will start at noon on Dec. 28 at SM Tickets outlets while the online ticket selling will start at noon on Dec. 29 at http://smtickets.com.

He launched “The Light Year” concert in Seoul in August and went to Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia and Taiwan.

On Sept. 22, 2017, Taeyang held his first solo concert in Manila, “White Night World Tour,” at the Araneta Coliseum.

At the concert, he performed songs such as “Ringa Linga,” “Body,” “Superstar,” “Wake Me Up,” “Only Look at Me” and “Wedding Dress.”

“I don’t think I will ever forget tonight. Thank you so much Manila. I love you all. You guys are awesome. Manila, you guys are great. You are the best,” he told the audience as he wrapped up the show.
