20 wanted persons arrested in Cordillera

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – Twenty wanted individuals were arrested by the police in the Cordillera region from Dec. 15 to 21.

The Benguet Police Provincial Office apprehended 13, followed by the Baguio City Police Office with six, and the Mountain Province PPO with one.

Five were listed as top most wanted persons on the municipal level.

Fifty-nine municipalities in the region recorded zero crime incidents due to continued police presence – 24 in Abra, nine in Mountain Province and Ifugao, six in Apayao and Benguet, and five in Kalinga.

The Baguio City Police Stations 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10 were also crime-free.
