The Santa Elena Golf Club in Santa Rosa, Laguna has been ranked as the top best golf course in the Philippines by the popular golf magazine Golf Digest in a recent post.

The Santa Elena Golf Club in Santa Rosa, Laguna has been ranked as the top best golf course in the Philippines by the popular golf magazine Golf Digest in a recent post.

Fourteen other golf courses are also included in the list -- unlike other Asian countries like Hong Kong, which has nine and Chinese Taipei with 10, to name a few.

The Orchard Golf and Country Club Palmer and Player courses in Dasmarinas, Cavite are at second and third places, followed by The Country Club in Santa Rosa, Laguna; Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club Legends course in Carmona, Cavite; Sherwood Hills Golf and Country Club; Anvaya Golf Club in Central Luzon; Mimosa Golf and Country Club (Acacia/Lakeview) in Clark Air Base, Pampanga; Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club (Nick Faldo course) in Cavite; and Riviera Golf Club Langer course in Cavite.

Completing the list are Tagaytay Midlands Golf Club; Mimosa Golf and Country Club Mountainview course; Mt. Malarayat Golf and Country Club in Lipa City, Batangas; Manila Southwoods Masters Course; and Wack-Wack Golf and Country Club East Course in Manila.
