Justin Brownlee fires 49 as Ginebra blasts Terrafirma

Justin Brownlee came just two-point shy of his PBA career-high, firing 49 points as Barangay Ginebra blasted Terrafirma, 114-98, to get back on the winning track in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium on Wednesday, Dec. 18.

Save for the first two baskets of the game which went to the Dyip, it was all Kings from start to finish as Brownlee led the charge for a team that was playing for its fourth game in a span of a week and missing the services of starters Stephen Holt and Japeth Aguilar.

It was actually a huge bounce back game for the resident Ginebra import as after going 0-of-10 combined from the three and four-point territory in the 90-93 loss to Eastern, Brownlee fired six triples to go with 12 rebounds, six assists and two steals.

RJ Abarrientos fired 18 points while Troy Rosario added 17 as Kings improved to a 3-1 record.
