The Las Piñas City government turned over a newly-acquired emergency rescue vehicle to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) as part of the city’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its emergency response.

Vice Mayor April Aguilar led the turnover of the rescue vehicle to the BFP during the regular flag-raising ceremony held at the City Hall quadrangle on Monday, Dec. 16.
Aguilar said the rescue vehicle will help equip frontline responders with modern resources to better serve the community and ensure the safety and protection of its residents.
She said the turnover also highlights the city’s commitment to enhancing disaster preparedness and public safety through continuous support for its emergency and rescue teams.
