Fetus found inside parcel in Naic, Cavite

CAVITE – A fetus was found inside a parcel left in a vacant lot in Naic, Cavite, on Saturday, Dec. 14.

A report from the Police Regional Office 4A said a food delivery rider who had his motorcycle repaired at a nearby shop noticed a foul-smelling package at the vacant lot.

Upon inspecting the parcel, the rider found a fetus, approximately seven to eight months old. He immediately reported the incident to the Naic Municipal Police Station (MPS).

The police, meanwhile, coordinated with scene of the crime operatives for the technical aspect of the investigation.

They have also conducted a follow-up operation for the possible identification of the mother of the fetus.
