With sustainability and tenant experience always in mind, NEO commits their portfolio of seven buildings to achieve WiredScore certification, three of which have earned Platinum ratings.

When WiredScore was inaugurated in the Philippines, the company announced the first WiredScore-certified properties in the country including NEO and Daiichi Properties. Both are committed to delivering exceptional technology-enabled experiences across their portfolios.  

Setting a benchmark for the industry
NEO’s dedication to innovation extends beyond digital connectivity. The company is the world’s first real estate portfolio to achieve the International Finance Corporation’s EDGE Zero Carbon certification. Verified by EDGE partner SGS-Sintali, this milestone highlights NEO’s success in surpassing its original target of achieving net-zero status by 2025.

Last year, NEO partnered with Shell to establish the Shell Recharge EV charging station at Seven/NEO. This station is Shell's first 100 percent geothermal-powered charging facility in the world.
