Korean arrested for theft in Parañaque City

A Korean national was arrested after a complaint of theft was filed against him by his compatriot in Parañaque City on Thursday, Dec. 12.
 

Southern Police District Director, Brig. Gen. Bernard Yang said the suspect was identified as alias “Jeon,” 31. He was arrested at around 11:00 a.m. in Multinational Village, Barangay Moonwalk, Parañaque City.

Yang said the victim filed the complaint against the suspect for losing one pair of designer slippers worth P50,000, digital money worth P2,240,000, and a luxury watch valued at P1,500,000.

He told police that his staff told him that she saw the suspect enter his house and proceed inside his room.

The witness added that after a few minutes, the suspect left the victim's house with some of his belongings.

Jeon was detained at the Parañaque City Police after his arrest.
