CAVITE – More than 800 technical-vocational scholars graduated at the Strike Gymnasium in Bacoor City on Thursday, Dec. 12.
The graduates were students of the Resources Education Vocational Instruction Livelihood Learning Academic (REVILLA) Center and Technical Education And Skills Development Authority (TESDA) scholarship programs.
Present during the event were City Livelihood and Development Department Head Carmelita Fabian Gawaran and Pastor Mike Bautista, who addressed the graduates and commended them for their hard work and dedication.

The REVILLA Center offers various livelihood programs, including cake decoration, candle making, floral arrangement, food trade, perfume making, and soap making.
The center also offers TESDA programs, including dressmaking, bread making, cake making, body massage, beauty therapy, nail care servicing, hair care servicing, and hot and cold meal preparation.
In a Facebook post, the city government said the graduation ceremony highlighted Bacoor’s commitment to empowering its citizens, fostering a skilled workforce, and providing employment opportunities.
