Building contractor wanted in Quezon arrested in Parañaque City

A building contractor wanted in Catanauan, Quezon for online child exploitation was arrested by members of the District Special Operations Unit and District Intelligence Division on Thursday, Dec. 12, in Parañaque City.
Southern Police District (SPD) Director Brig. Gen. Bernard Yang said the suspect, identified as alias “Anthony," 59, was arrested at around 5:00 p.m. in BF Homes, Parañaque City.
Yang said the suspect was arrested by virtue of A warrant of arrest for violation of Section 4 (M) of R.A. 11930 and violation of Section 4 (A) of R.A. 11930 "Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) Act” issued by Judge Julius Francis R Galvez, of Catanauan, Quezon Regional Trial Court, Branch 96.
The warrant of arrest was issued on December 12, 2024 with a recommended bail of P200,000 for violation of Section 4 (M) of R.A. 11930 and non-bailable for Section 4 (A) of R.A. 11930 or the "Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) Act.”
The suspect was detained at the SPD-DSOU office.
