BACOLOD CITY – A graduate of the Riverside College-Bacolod topped the December 2024 Physical Therapist Licensure Exam.

Mayor Albee Benitez cited Raymund Carlo A. Masbaño, who obtained a 90.55 percent rating in the exam, for his achievement.

As a proud alum of our senior high school and college programs, his achievement sets a new standard of excellence, the RCB said in a Facebook post.
Barangay Granada Captain Armando Vito congratulated Masbaño, a resident of the barangay.
“I, together with the barangay council, our hearts swells with pride as we congratulate Masbaño, a distinguished Granadian, for achieving the top spot in the PTLE,” Vito said.

Masbaño was the second PT graduate from RCB to top the examination for the second straight year.
Maria Angelica Faye dela Victoria, from San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, topped the December 2023 PTLE with a rating of 89.70 percent.
The RCB said that these achievements showcased their commitment to excellence in Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, adding that the success of their two students inspires and serves as a beacon of hope for others chasing their dreams.
