Marcos may sign 2025 national budget on Dec. 20—Palace

Malacañang disclosed that President Marcos is expected to sign the proposed 2025 national budget on Dec. 20.

Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Cesar Chavez said on Wednesday, Dec. 11, that the signing of the national budget for next year is tentatively scheduled on Dec. 20, Friday, at 9 a.m.

Marcos is expected to sign the proposed P6.352 trillion national budget for 2025.

On Monday, Dec.9, Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) Secretary Mark Llandro Mendoza also said that they are hopeful that four of the pending targeted bills by the Marcos administration will be signed by the President before Christmas, including the national budget.
