Man wanted for rape in Parañaque arrested in Cavite

A 32-year-old man tagged by the police as Top 7 most wanted person for rape was arrested by members of the Parañaque City Police on Tuesday, Dec. 10.

Southern Police District (SPD) director BGen. Bernard Yang identified the suspect as “Louie." He was arrested at around 9:30 a.m. in Pasong Kawayan 2, General Trias, Cavite.

Yang said the suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jaime Mendoza Guray of the Parañaque City Regional Trial Court on September 25, 2024 with no bail.

Louie is detained at the Parañaque City Police custodial facility after his arrest.
