Man arrested for frustrated murder in Pasay

A 41-year-old man listed as the Top 3 wanted person under station level for December was arrested by the Pasay City Police Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) for violation of frustrated murder on Tuesday, Dec.10.  

Southern Police District (SPD) director BGen. Bernard Yang identified the suspect as “Bibi.” He was arrested at around 7:20 a.m. in Barangay 148.

Yang said the suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Gidget Rose Vertido Duque of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 119 on Nov. 12, 2024, with bail recommended of P200,000.

The suspect is detained at the Pasay City Police custodial facility.
