PBA Esports Bakbakan is an esports league in the Philippines, organized by the PBA. The league includes esports teams from all twelve PBA franchise organizations. The first season tournament focused on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, followed by PUBG: Battlegrounds.

This season, the tournament offers a competitive online DOTA 2 game in which Ivory-Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots ganked on the MorVis-Rain or Shine Elastopainters in a best of 3 series of finals on November 26 at Makati City. While the KINGS—North Port Batang Pier won over Jules & Friends—Blackwater Bossing, securing the 2nd runner-up spot in the tournament. Bagging the title for the Most Valuable Player is Dex Mhalon Dignadice, also known as “GoHan”, from team Ivory of Magnolia.

PBA players, who also enjoy playing DOTA 2, also attended the final match and joined the hype of the crowd. Among attending players were Nic Demusis of Rain or Shine Elastopainters, Jake Pascual of NLEX Road Warriors, Alvin Pasaol of Meralco Bolts, Frans Yu of Northport Batang Pier, and Jerom Lastimosa of Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots.

To ensure a fun-filled and memorable esports experience, ArenaPlus awarded special ArenaPlus gift packs to the winning team. The brand also installed branded collateral around the venue and was mentioned as a co-presenter throughout the event.
