The car accident was captured on a video uploaded by JoyRide rider KupsyMoto on Facebook.

Cruz, a 26-year-old bank employee who had just started her job last Oct. 16, and her father, Rorilito, appeared on the show “Wanted sa Radyo” hosted by Tulfo on Nov. 8 where she narrated what happened.

Tulfo said he will be helping Cruz file a case against Entienza, a 45-year-old Taguig resident who works as a driver under manpower outsourcing firm A.R.M. Resources.

Case investigator Luthgarda Osea of the Taguig Police told the show that Entienza can be charged with “reckless imprudence resulting in physical injury.”

Tulfo berated the Taguig Police for facilitating the compromise agreement between the victim and the driver.

In addition to helping her file the case, after the show, Tulfo handed Cruz P25,000 in cash as initial assistance to help with her medical expenses.

“Salamat po (Thank you),” Cruz told Tulfo.

Cruz told Tulfo that she underwent CT scan procedure and will consult a psychiatrist and orthopedist.

“Pero hindi pa natin alam kung anong mga susunod na gamot ang kailangan (But we don’t know yet what are the needed medications),” Tulfo told her.

Tulfo advised her to go to a doctor for examination and told her he will shoulder all her medical expenses.
