QC LGU issues traffic advisory for Kyusi Nights: Dapitan Christmas Market

The Quezon City local government released a traffic advisory on Friday, November 8, regarding road closures in Barangay Santa Teresita for the Kyusi Nights: Dapitan Christmas Market.

The Christmas Market will be open every Friday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The city’s Traffic and Transport Management (TTMD) will implement a traffic rerouting scheme starting today.

Portions of Dapitan St., from the corner of Apo St. to Mayon St., will be closed, along with sections of Kanlaon St., from Sen. Mariano J. Cuenco St. to the corner before Nicanor Roxas St.

Alternative routes have been provided for affected public utility vehicles (PUVs) and other motorists.

Personnel from the TTMD, Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS), Task Force Disiplina, and Quezon City Police District (QCPD) will be on standby to ensure a smooth traffic flow in the area.
