The Philippine National Police (PNP) designated a new chief of the Taguig Police.
Col. Joey Goforth assumed his new position as the Taguig chief of police. Before this, he was the acting chief of the Eastern Police District’s District Operation and Plans Division.
He replaced Col. Christopher Olazo who was designated as the Taguig Police chief in April.
Goforth paid a courtesy call on Mayor Lani Cayetano who welcomed him to the city.

We wish him success in his new assignment.”
