Makati City starts distribution of Pamaskong Handog Gift Bags to seniors

Christmas is definitely in the air as the Makati City government has started the distribution of its Pamaskong Handog Gift Bags a month before Christmas on Monday, November 4.

Makati City Reps. Luis Campos and Kid Peña, together with Vice Mayor Monique Lagdameo and other city government officials, led the distribution of the gift bags to senior citizens of Barangay San Isidro.

According to Makati City Mayor Abby Binay, Campos' wife, this year's Pamaskong Handog Gift Bags contain the following items:

- Makatizen t-shirt (2 for adults and 2 for children)
- Del Monte spaghetti pasta sauce and fruit cocktail
- Alaska condensed milk
- Nestle cream
- Magnolia cheese
- 2 Libby’s Vienna sausage
- 2 Purefoods corned beef
- 2 Spam luncheon meat

Just like in previous years, the city government opted to distribute the gift bags early so that families need not worry about preparations for the traditional family meal during Christmas time.

Makatizens are urged to monitor the city's official Facebook page for the distribution schedule.
