Tomorrow X Together's Hueningkai absent from Seoul concert due to health issue

Hueningkai, a member of K-pop boy band Tomorrow X Together, was unable to perform on the second day of the group’s concert in Seoul due to his health.

Tomorrow X Together had their world tour “Act: Promise Encore in Seoul” on Nov. 1 and 2 with the last show to be held on Nov. 3.

On the first day, Hueningkai was unable to continue performing at the concert due to indigestion.

Big Hit Music, Tomorrow X Together’s agency, announced his health condition.

“We would like to update you on the status of HUENINGKAI’s health condition and his participation in TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR ENCORE IN SEOUL,” the agency said on Nov. 1.

It added, “On November 1st (Friday), during the first day of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR ENCORE IN SEOUL, HUENINGKAI experienced a sudden decline in condition due to indigestion and was unable to continue performing. He is currently resting and focusing on recovery.”

“Although the artist is very determined to participate in the future shows, we will prioritize his health and flexibly adjust his participation based on his condition. We kindly ask for MOA’s understanding. Our company will do everything we can to support HUENINGKAI’s recovery so he can meet fans again in good health,” it said.
