Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rain showers or thunderstorms are expected in various parts of the country on Saturday, Nov. 23.
In its weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the northeast monsoon or “amihan,” will affect extreme Northern Luzon.
Meanwhile, the easterlies will influence weather conditions in the rest of the country.
Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are forecast in Eastern Visayas, Caraga, the Davao Region, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga del Norte, and Palawan.
The easterlies will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to Metro Manila and other parts of the country.
For Batanes and the Babuyan Islands, cloudy skies with rain are expected due to the amihan.
PAGASA has warned of potential flash floods or landslides in areas affected by severe thunderstorms or moderate to heavy rain.
